General Terms & Conditions — Summary
- Website information and product indications are non-binding unless confirmed in a written offer or signed contract.
- Product, quantity, quality, price, payment, inspection, Incoterm, delivery schedule and documents are agreed separately for each transaction.
- Each party must comply with applicable trade, customs, export-control, sanctions, anti-money-laundering and documentation requirements.
- Delivery dates may be extended for force majeure and events beyond reasonable control, including governmental restrictions, port closures, transport interruptions and banking restrictions.
